Katie teaches English by day, and yoga by night and early morning. In between, she practices yoga, walks her dogs, and writes. A life-long runner and fitness enthusiast, she took her first yoga class in 2004 and earned her 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification in 2013. She has three dogs, three cats, and way too many scarves. She also loves to travel, preferably in places with lots of good coffee and chocolate.
